Kristin Defino

Kristin Defino has extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Kristin currently holds the position of Vice President of Merchandising at Vince since October 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior Merchandising Consultant at the same company.

Before joining Vince, Kristin worked at J BRAND from 2013 to 2021. Kristin held various roles at J BRAND, including Vice President of Women's Merchandising and eCommerce from October 2018 to March 2021, Head of eCommerce from August 2017 to July 2019, Director of Sales for Men's division from October 2015 to August 2017, and Senior Account Executive from February 2013 to October 2015.

Earlier in their career, Kristin worked at Vince as a Senior Account Executive from October 2007 to February 2013. Kristin also had a role as an Account Executive at Vince from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, they briefly worked at Joie as an Account Executive in 2007. Their career started at Vince as a Sales Assistant from August 2005 to May 2007.

Kristin Defino holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Industries Management with a minor in Marketing from Philadelphia University.
