Yuji O.

Yuji O. has extensive work experience in finance and accounting, primarily in roles related to auditing and financial reporting. Yuji started their career as an Audit Intern at KPMG US in 2006 before progressing to become an Audit Senior Manager. During their time at KPMG, Yuji performed audits and reviews of financial statements for US public companies, ensuring compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and SEC regulations. Yuji also gained experience in drafting and preparing financial statements, footnote disclosures, and MD&A for SEC filings. Additionally, Yuji conducted audits of internal control over financial reporting in accordance with PCAOB guidelines. In 2018, Yuji joined Vince as the Director of Financial Reporting, and later took on roles as the Director of Accounting and Vice President, Controller.

Yuji O. completed their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University in 2005. Yuji then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rutgers Business School in 2005-2006. Yuji also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the New York State.
