Vincentian is a not-for-profit health care and human services organization that has been serving Pittsburghers of all ages for nearly 100 years. Sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, these ministries offer a continuum of care for more than 500 seniors, including independent living, personal care, memory care, short-term rehabilitation, and skilled nursing. Vincentian also operates two independent living communities in the North Hills, a charitable foundation, and two childcare centers.

The Healthcare Services Team at Vincentian is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to seniors through a variety of healthcare disciplines. This multidisciplinary team, consisting of social workers, nurses, therapists, and dietitians, works collaboratively to assess, coordinate, and deliver personalized care plans that enhance the well-being of residents in various living communities. Their goal is to ensure each individual receives the support necessary for optimal health and quality of life, while also navigating the complexities of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory compliance.
