Øistein Reppe

Øistein Reppe has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Øistein began their work experience in 2008 as a Project Manager at Mølstad Gård. In 2009, they joined SPI AS as a Board Member and later became Chairman of the Board. In 2013, they started working at Vince AS, initially as an Operation Manager and then as the CEO. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the CEO of Vince AB and also held the position of Chairman of the Board at Zigma360 from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, they have been involved in other organizations such as Annona AS, where they were the Owner, Agrippa Solutions AS, where they were Chairman of the Board, and Infoteam - Infors Brukerforening i Norge, where they were a Board Member. Currently, they are Chairman of the Board at Vince Software India Pvt Ltd.

Øistein Reppe has a diverse education history. Øistein obtained certifications in Project Management, including the Foundation level from PRINCE2 in 2017 and the Sertified PMP (Project Management Professional) from PMI - Project Management Institute in 2009-2010. In terms of higher education, Øistein holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of South-Eastern Norway, focusing on Thermodynamics & Refrigeration, earned between 1990 and 1992. Furthermore, they pursued studies in Finance at BI Norwegian Business School from 1992 to 1993. Øistein also completed technical courses, such as Machine Design at Gjøvik Tekniske Fagskole from 1985-1987 and a Sersjant degree at Luftforsvarets tekniske skolesenter in 1987-1988.
