Cyril Girot

Cyril Girot is a seasoned professional in the aviation and infrastructure sectors, currently serving as CEO and Directeur Général of Cambodia Airports since December 2016, overseeing Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and Sihanouk airports. In addition to leadership roles at various other airports in France, Cyril holds positions as Chairman of CCI France Cambodge and Vice-président of EuroCham Cambodia since September 2022. Previous experience includes significant roles at VINCI Concessions, Direction des Routes Ile-de-France, and the Direction Générale de l'Energie et du Climat, with a focus on project management, strategy development, and infrastructure operations. Cyril holds an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs and has an engineering background from École Polytechnique and École nationale des ponts et chaussées.
