Massimo Bruzzo

Massimo Bruzzo has extensive experience in the infrastructure and finance sectors, currently serving as Project Director for M&A and Business Development at VINCI Airports since November 2015, where leadership of project teams and management of relationships with clients and public authorities are key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Massimo held the position of Structured Finance Regional Head at VINCI Concessions from September 2006 to October 2015, where negotiation of funding terms and management of financial relations for large projects were paramount, successfully raising over five billion euros in debt. Starting as a Project Finance Analyst at Bouygues Construction from January 2004 to July 2006, Massimo focused on financial structuring and modelling for infrastructure projects. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Management from ESCP Business School and a Laurea in Economics and Business from Università degli Studi di Padova, supplemented by Executive Education at INSEAD and Harvard Business School.
