Tom Rice is a Risk Analyst at BBVS JV with previous experience as a Senior Planning Engineer at VINCI Construction UK and various roles at Interserve. Tom has a background in civil engineering, having graduated from the University of Bristol with an MEng degree. Tom has a strong track record of ensuring project deadlines are met and maintaining the quality of finished projects. In addition, Tom has participated in the QUEST Scholar program at Interserve Project Services multiple times.
