Antonin Panier

Antonin Panier serves as Responsable QSE at VINCI Construction Outre-mer since March 2017, overseeing quality, safety, and environmental policies across multiple branches including SIMP and SOGEA MARTINIQUE. Antonin has developed and implemented strategic QSE initiatives, managed annual action plans, and conducted HSE training and audits. Notable projects include the reconstruction of Lycée Schoelcher and the extension of Aimé Césaire Airport. Antonin's career includes roles as Ingénieur QSE and Chargé de qualité, with experience in HSE assessments at organizations like PCM SA, VINCI Construction Grands Projets, and King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Antonin holds an engineering degree from ESAIP and has additional qualifications in environmental sciences from Universitat Politècnica de València and environmental health management from Technological University Dublin.
