Mike Strybos has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mike started their career as a sound and lighting electrical responsible at Att&tion in 1998. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a secondary school teacher, specializing in technical subjects such as mathematics, electricity, and chemistry at St Jozef Instituut Schoten.

Mike Strybos has a diverse education history. Mike completed their Master's Degree in Preventie Adiseur Niveau 1 at Prevent Academy from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they studied GPB (pedagogische bekwaamheid) at PCVOA and obtained a GPB degree. Mike also achieved a Master's Degree in Electronics (ICT) from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool from 2001 to 2005. Before that, from 1998 to 2001, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Telecommunication at Karel de Grote-Hogeschool. Mike also holds certifications in Kleine Blusmiddelen and VCA-vol from ECS your safety our skill, obtained in December 2017 and October 2017, respectively. Mike received the Certified Recognition Mentor "Duaal leren: Elektrotechnicus duaal" certification from SYNTRA Vlaanderen in August 2019. Mike also holds a certification in Nijverheidshelper from Vlaamse Kruis, but the completion details are not available.
