Scott Van Der Vord began their work experience in 2006 at Fujitsu, where they worked on the Global Treasury and New Business Team until 2009. Scott then moved on to Cable & Wireless, where they served as a Commercial Finance Manager in the Utilities sector from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Logicalis UK as the Head of FP&A/Commercial and later became the Commercial Finance Director until 2016. In 2016, they joined VINCI Energies UK & RoI, where they initially served as the Finance Director for Axians until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at VINCI Energies UK & RoI, and in April 2022, they were promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Scott Van Der Vord attended the University of Exeter, where they pursued a degree in Economics and Finance. Prior to that, they attended Colchester Royal Grammar School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including ACMA/CGMA from CIMA, Cert Corporate Finance and Funding from the Association of Corporate Treasurers, Cert Risk Management also from the Association of Corporate Treasurers, and Leadership Management Level 5 from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).
