Talfryn Farrell

Talfryn Farrell is an accomplished Performance Director at VINCI Facilities since January 2023, previously holding key positions at VINCI Construction UK from June 2009 to March 2023, including Head of Operational Excellence and Performance Manager. With a focus on continuous improvement and team engagement, Talfryn has embedded the VINCI Facilities LEAN Management Framework and delivered leadership training across various projects. Prior roles include Mobilisation Manager for "The Royal Parks" contract, where responsibilities involved human resources role mapping and stakeholder engagement, as well as positions in account and operations management for Defence Contracts.
