Bal Jouhal

Bal Jouhal has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bal started their career at Sigma Security UK as an Operations Supervisor and was responsible for client liaison and overseeing security arrangements for blue chip sites. Bal then worked at Rentokil Initial Security Services as a Shift Manager and later as a Contracts Manager, where they managed static security contracts for high-value portfolios and handled operational and fiscal management. Bal then worked at Chubb Security as an Area Manager in London before joining Aeroguard Group as an Assistant Operations Manager and later as an Operations Manager, where they handled site operations, administration, and dealt with union grievances. Bal also worked at Initial Security (Canada) as a Sales/Account Executive, Securitas Canada as an Operations Manager and Branch Manager, and as a Security Consultant for National Security Organizations while being self-employed. Bal's most recent role was as the President and CEO of Secured Property Group, where they had full P&L accountability and was responsible for the corporate growth and development of the Secured Group of Companies.

Bal Jouhal attended the College of North East London from 1988 to 1991, where they earned their A Levels. Bal then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Studies from De Montfort University from 1991 to 1994.
