Henriikka Talasmo

Henriikka Talasmo has several years of experience in people operations and human resources. Henriikka'smost recent role is as a People Partner at Vincit, a public company with over 400 employees, where they are currently employed. Prior to this, they held the position of People Operations Specialist at Vincit, starting in August 2017. In this role, they contributed to creating a positive work environment and ensuring employee satisfaction. Before their time at Vincit, Henriikka worked as a People Operations Coordinator at the same company from January 2016 to August 2017. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an HR Coordinator at Jolla, a role they held from April 2015 to October 2015.

Henriikka Talasmo pursued their education at the Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Following that, they attended the Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark between 2020 and 2022, where they pursued an MSc in Business, Language, and Culture. In 2021, they also had the opportunity to study International & Area Studies at the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.
