Iina Paasonen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Iina began their career at McDonald's in 2015, working as a Customer Hostess and later transitioning to a Restaurant Worker. In 2016, they moved on to work as a Service Advisor at Kela before joining ISS Palvelut as a Cleaner. Iina then returned to McDonald's as a Customer Hostess for a brief period in 2016-2017. In 2018, Iina worked as a Service Advisor at Kela again before joining the team at Vincit as a People Coordinator in 2021. Iina was later promoted to the role of People Trainee. In 2022, they were promoted again to the role of People Partner at Vincit, where they are currently responsible for supporting supervisors and acting as a strategic HR partner. In addition to their work at Vincit, Iina also gained experience as a Service Specialist at Kela in 2020 and as an HR Trainee at Mölnlycke, where they assisted with summer recruitment and worked on a project related to educational cooperation.
Iina Paasonen began their education at Mikkelin lukio from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained their Matriculation Examination. In 2016, they enrolled at the University of Turku, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economic Sociology, which they completed in 2019. Iina then continued their studies at the same university, obtaining a Master's degree in Economic Sociology from 2016 to 2021.
