Yana Golub

Yana Golub is an experienced HR and operations professional with a diverse background spanning multiple roles in various companies. Currently serving as a People Partner at Touchcast since June 2020, Yana focuses on enhancing workplace culture, employee support, recruitment, onboarding, and corporate event planning. Previously, as the Head of Representative Office in Ukraine for bMuse from September 2022 to July 2025, Yana managed local operations, team dynamics, compliance, and the closure of the office while overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes. Yana's earlier experience includes roles as an HR Manager at bMuse LLC, Assistant Project Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, and Project Manager, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management, business development, and team-building. Yana holds a Master’s degree in English and Spanish from Zaporizhzhya National University, completed between 2004 and 2009.
