Manu J.

Manu J. has eight years of work experience in various software development and architecture roles. Manu started their career as a Designer at University of Jyväskylä, where they worked on a web-based work time management system. After that, they worked as a Senior System Designer at Samcom Oy and later as a Service Manager at Samcom Oy/Samlink Group. In 2013, they joined Qvantel as a Senior Software Developer before moving on to Soikea Solutions Oy as a Software Architect. At Soikea Solutions, they were involved in project management, software development, and software design. In 2017, they joined Gofore Oy as a Software Architect, where they focused on software design and development of microservices using various technologies. Manu also participated in IoT concept design and electronics hobby projects and was involved in interviewing recruitment candidates. In 2019, Manu joined RockOn as a Software Architect. Currently, they are working at Vincit as a Software Architect, specializing in software development around data science and AI, utilizing technologies such as Python, Pandas, Azure OpenAI, machine learning, NLP, and optimization using OptaPlanner.

Manu J. obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Jyväskylä, where they studied from 2001 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in October 2012.
