Tommi Lepola

Tommi Lepola has a diverse work experience. Tommi started their career at Arnolds in 2011 as a Summer Employee. Tommi then worked at Stereo:ID Ltd Oy from 2012 to 2018, where they held various roles including Light-/event technician, warehouse worker, and DJ. In 2018, they briefly worked at Elisa as an Omaguru Specialist. From 2017 to 2021, Tommi was an Entrepreneur at VividöX. In 2019, they joined Bitwise Oy as a Design Engineer and worked there until 2022. In 2016, they worked as a Lighting Designer at Planet Case. Currently, Tommi works as a Passionate Software Developer at Vincit and as a Freelance Consultant at Lepola Consulting since October 2022.

Tommi Lepola began their education at Lempäälän lukio from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained their Finnish Matriculation Examination (Ylioppilas). Tommi then enrolled at Tampere University of Applied Sciences in 2015 and completed a Degree Programme in Media & Arts specializing in Music Production, which lasted until 2017. After that, from 2017 to 2020, Tommi pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems with a focus on Software Development at Tampere University of Applied Sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Tommi Lepola has obtained several certifications. In November 2019, they received the PMAF Project Management Foundation Certificate from Projektiyhdistys PRY, Project Management Association Finland. Furthermore, in October 2022, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
