Linda Monaghan has extensive experience in customer success and product implementation, currently serving as Head of Customer Success at VinciWorks since September 2014. Prior to this role, Linda held key positions at Essentialskillz, including Head of Customer Success and Product Implementation Team Lead. Linda began a career in the technology sector at HP from August 2009 to September 2014, progressing from Technical Support and Software Licensing Specialist to SLMS Pricing & Products Specialist. Earlier experience includes a recruitment consultant role at CPL Recruitment from April 2008 to June 2009. Linda holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Galway and is furthering education at the Western Management Centre since 2016.
