Hua ZHU CPM

Hua Zhu has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They started their career in 2002 at Sinomos Semiconductor Inc as a Senior Purchasing Engineer, where they provided leadership to the Maintenance/Repair/Spare Parts team and coordinated strategic sourcing and procurement activities. In 2004, they moved to Vestel as a Supplier Quality Specialist, responsible for establishing quality audit plans, improving supplier performance, and monitoring Toll Manufacturer Performance. They then joined EagleBurgmann in 2006 as a Purchasing Manager, where they identified potential suppliers, negotiated procurement contracts, and ensured continuous supply. During this time, they also worked at BERNSTEIN AG as a Purchasing Manager, where their responsibilities included setting up the purchasing department and developing procurement strategies and policies. In 2010, they joined Vincotech as a Strategic Purchasing Manager, Asia, responsible for managing assigned categories/commodities, identifying potential Asian sources, and managing suppliers globally. They were later promoted to the role of Senior Strategic Purchasing Manager, where they continued these responsibilities. The exact end dates for some roles were not provided.

Hua Zhu CPM completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées from 2011 to 2013. During the same period, they also pursued an MBA from Tongji University, specializing in the field of study for the degree. Before their postgraduate studies, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science Engineering from Nanjing University, graduating from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, in November 2009, they obtained the certification of C.P.M (Certified Purchasing Manager) from ISM (Institute for Supply Management).
