Vinood returned to VARUN BEVERAGES LIMITED as the Plant HR Head & Factory Manager. Prior to that, they served as the India Head HR & Admin at Norwest Industies Ltd. Vinood also worked at Gold Plus Glass Industry Limited as the Corporate Head HR & Legal and at Media & Advertising & Publicity & Advisers as the Head HR for Pearls. Vinood began their career at Pearls Broadcasting Corporation Ltd. as the HR Head.
