Alexandra Grygorczyk is an experienced research scientist currently employed at Vineland Research and Innovation Centre since October 2012, specializing in sensory and consumer services. This role involves leading innovation projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, and collaborating with the food industry on sustainability initiatives. Additionally, Alexandra serves as a Research Associate in Consumer Insights and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Guelph, co-supervising graduate students and delivering guest lectures. Experience also includes developing and teaching a culinary course at Niagara College Canada and providing consulting services in sensory evaluation. Alexandra holds a PhD in Food Science from the University of Guelph, a Master of Science from McGill University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science from McGill University.
