Olivier Lotterie has a diverse work experience in various roles within the food and beverage industry. Olivier started their career in 1984 as a Commis de Restaurant at Les Pres d'Eugenie les Bains/Restaurant Michel Guerard. Olivier then worked as a Maitre D'Hotel for General Poli in the French Marine Corp, where they also served as a private chef for a Five Star Army general. Olivier went on to work as a Captain/Chef de rang at Stellar Cruise Services/Disney World Cruise line and then as a Silver Service Waiter/Wine Stewart on the Cunard Line/Queen Elizabeth 2 Cruise Liner. In 1990, they became a Chef de Rang/Floor captain at Maison Blanche Rive Gauche restaurant. Olivier also gained experience as a Head Waiter/Manager at Gerard's Place Restaurant before joining Franklin Selections Inc as a Sales Representative. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Mid Atlantic Sales Manager at Vineyard Brands, where they sell and represents high-profile and high-volume fine wines from around the world.

Olivier Lotterie completed their education between 1981 and 1983 at the Ecole Hoteliere de Granville, France, where they obtained a Hotel and Restaurant Manager degree in the field of Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
