Emily Rochon

Emily Rochon, Esq. is a seasoned professional in energy policy and environmental law, currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Implementation at Vineyard Offshore. In this role since March 2022, Emily oversees bid writing and community engagement related to Tribal Nations and fisheries. Prior experience includes significant roles at Vineyard Wind where responsibilities encompassed project proposal drafting and environmental program development, and at BlueHub Capital as Director of Energy and Environmental Policy, focusing on solar projects for low-income communities. Emily's background also features work with ClientEarth, Greenpeace, and an extensive educational foundation in law and environmental studies, including a J.D. from Northeastern University and an MS in Environmental Toxicology from Cornell University.
