Lee Anne Henrico

Lee Anne Henrico is an accomplished design executive with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Mens, Womens & Kids Design at vineyard vines since September 2022, Henrico previously held the position of SVP Design at Aritzia from August 2020 to September 2022 and served as SVP Creative Director at Victoria's Secret from January 2010 to August 2020. Additional experience includes roles as Concept & Creative Director at lucy activewear, Founder & Creative Director at VIOLET CLOTHING LLC, Designer for Women's Training at adidas, and various designer positions at Hollister Co. and Abercrombie & Fitch Co. Henrico's early career includes founding VIOLET CLOTHING LLC, which catered to notable clients such as Victoria's Secret PINK, Nau Inc., Holden Outerwear, Adidas Silver, and Bonfire Snowboarding. Henrico earned a degree from Concordia University between 1993 and 1996.
