Ivan Blinov is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in electric vehicle (EV) architecture and project management. Currently serving as EE Chief Engineer at VINFAST since August 2022, Ivan has led the delivery of zonal EE architecture for new BEV and REEV car lines across Asia, Europe, and the United States, managing two international project teams with 50 engineers. Prior roles include Deputy Chief Engineer for BEV at VINFAST, Regional Vehicle Platform Chief Engineer at Renault Group, and Chief Vehicle Engineer at AVTOVAZ, among others. Ivan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
