Lise-Lotte Karlsson

Lise-Lotte Karlsson has extensive experience in social work and support for vulnerable populations. Currently serving as a Vägledare at Vingåkers Kommun since January 2014, Lise-Lotte provides guidance in a residential program and support housing for children and youth unable to live at home, while also facilitating visits between placed children and their parents. Previous roles include Socialsekreterare, where skills in case management and client assessment were developed; and work as a Behandlingspedagog at Pandion Omsorg AB, focusing on youth care. Lise-Lotte's background also includes personal assistance, financial support as a God Man, and experience with clients facing mental health challenges. Education includes a Master of Social Work from Örebro University and various specialized training, enhancing qualifications in communication, treatment, and child welfare.
