Viktoria Sigtryggsdottir is a well-rounded professional with extensive experience in social services and quality management. Currently serving as a Ledningsstöd i Socialförvaltningens stab at Vingåkers Kommun since January 2020, Viktoria's role encompasses various responsibilities including quality assurance, system management, and project oversight. Prior to this, Viktoria held the position of Enhetschef at Eskilstuna Kommun, managing six areas with a team of 35 employees and focusing on workplace safety and training initiatives. Earlier experience also includes serving as a Kvalitetssäkringssamordnare at Humana Assistans AB and working as a personal assistant and owner in the wellness sector. Viktoria holds a Master's degree in Quality Management & Leadership Development from Mid Sweden University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Háskóli Íslands.
