Nguyen Ngoc Huyen, also known as Blair, is a seasoned product design leader currently serving at VinID since September 2018, where responsibilities include team growth, optimizing the design system, and fostering a collaborative working culture. Prior experience includes a role as a product designer at TrueMoney Vietnam, where collaboration with global teams and field research contributed to enhancing user experiences. Blair also held a product designer position at YOMI Studio, focusing on user flows and usability testing, and led the UI/UX design team at Nexttech Group, overseeing product management and team training. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Academy of Finance and a certificate in Graphic Design from Arena Multimedia.
