Derrick Brooks

Derrick Brooks has a diverse work experience, starting their career as an NFL player for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1995 to 2009. After retiring from football, they went on to work as a NFL Analyst for ESPN from 2009 to 2011. Derrick then served as the President of the Tampa Bay Storm from 2011 to 2017. In 2014, they joined the Pro Football Hall of Fame as a Hall Of Famer. During the same year, they also began working as an Assistant Softball Coach and General Manager for Tampa Mustangs. In 2017, they became the EVP Corporate & Community Business Development at Vinik Sports Group. Recently, in 2021, they joined Kforce Inc as a Board Member. Additionally, Derrick Brooks has been actively involved in philanthropy, serving as the President/Founder of Derrick Brooks Charities since 1999.

Derrick Brooks earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Florida State University in 1994. Derrick later pursued a Master of Business Administration - MBA in the same field at Florida State University, graduating in 1999.
