Lorisse H. Garcia

Lorisse H. Garcia, CPC, PCC, is a seasoned Leadership & Career Strategy Coach with extensive experience in talent development and human resources. Currently serving as the SVP of People Operations and a Leadership & Career Strategy Coach at Vinik Sports Group since July 2018, Lorisse also co-founded the Always Wear Your Seatbelt Foundation, which focuses on raising awareness about seatbelt safety. Prior roles include Leadership Coach at BetterUp and Executive Leadership & Career Strategy Coach at Coach Reesie, LLC. Lorisse has also contributed to the development of MBA students at Rollins College and led talent development at the Orlando Magic. With a B.A. in Organizational Communication from Rollins College, Lorisse's career spans over three decades in various leadership and HR positions, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Barnett Bank.
