Marty Bredehoft

Marty Bredehoft serves as the Global Treasurer at Vinmar International since December 2023, bringing extensive experience in treasury and finance management from previous roles, including Treasurer at Mercuria Energy Trading S.A., where responsibilities included overseeing capital structure, investment activities, and cash management from September 2014 to December 2023. Prior to Mercuria, Marty held treasury positions at Spark Energy and Marlin Midstream, managing financial reporting, liquidity, and debt operations. A background in finance roles at Synagro and Dynegy involved managing FP&A, cash forecasting, and capital market activities, alongside key contributions to M&A and financial restructuring efforts. Marty's experience began as an Investment Analyst at the Houston Firefighters' Relief and Retirement Fund, where responsibilities included cash management and implementing a foreign currency hedging program. Marty holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Houston and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
