Le Nga

Le Nga is an experienced Human Resources and Training Manager with a diverse background in recruitment and management across various sectors. Currently managing 500 headcounts at Vinmec Healthcare System since August 2019, Le Nga previously held leadership roles at Vinpearl, Cocobay Vietnam, FE CREDIT, Sun Group, and the Da Nang Center for Promotion of Human Resources Development. With extensive experience in handling large-scale teams, recruitment strategies, and training initiatives, Le Nga has effectively managed up to 2000 headcounts at FE CREDIT and has contributed significantly to organizational growth and development in hospitality and healthcare. Le Nga holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Hue University of Foreign Languages.
