Austin Burgess

Austin Burgess is the current Product Manager at Vinovest. Prior to this, they were the Director of Business Development at The Bienstock Group from May 2016 to April 2021. The Bienstock Group is a full service real estate firm focusing on brokering, renovation, and investment. Under Austin's leadership, the company's annual volume grew from $60MM to over $180MM, closing almost a billion dollars in real estate transactions. The Bienstock Group was ranked top 10 out of 1000+ firms in LA for revenue generated per sales agent.

Before their time at The Bienstock Group, Austin was the Chief Operating Officer at FindMyMacros from May 2015 to May 2016. FindMyMacros was a mobile nutrition app that found nearby restaurant meals based on calories or macronutrients (Protein, Carbs, and Fat). The app received over 40,000 downloads and reached #16 in the Health & Fitness category and #806 overall in the Apple App Store.

In addition to their work in the business world, Austin has also experience as a spacecraft design engineer, having worked for Boeing on the NASA Commercial Crew, IntelSat, and SES programs from May 2013 to November 2015. Austin began their career at Boeing as a mechanical systems engineering intern on the P-8 Poseidon project in May 2012 and August 2012.

Austin Burgess has a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Austin also has certification from the California Department of Real Estate in California Real Estate Salesperson License. In addition, they have certification from SKYDIVE DELAND, INC. in Accelerated Free Fall Level 1 and PADI in Advanced Open Water Diver.

Austin Burgess reports to Anthony Zhang, Co-Founder, CEO. They are on a team with Michael Burke - Head of Growth Marketing, Adam Hood - Software Engineering, and Ruth Pangilinan - Operations.
