Brent Akamine is a seasoned entrepreneur and design leader with a diverse background in technology and creative industries. As Co-Founder of Vinovest since February 2020, Brent has played a pivotal role in establishing a platform for investing in fine wine, which has garnered support from prominent figures in asset management and venture capital. Additionally, Brent co-founded Quickride and has previously held prestigious positions such as Design Director at Blockfolio, ByteDance for TikTok, and Flipagram, where innovative design and user engagement were paramount. Brent's earlier experience includes a Senior UI/UX Designer role at TrueCar and various design positions at notable organizations like Meredith Corporation and Huge Inc. Brent holds a BFA in Fine Arts, Digital Media from the University of Southern California.
