Brian Howard

Brian Howard is a Counsel at Vinson & Elkins, with extensive experience in the legal field since October 2013, and is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia. Previously, Brian served as a Senior Associate and Associate at Vinson & Elkins after starting as a Summer Associate. Additionally, a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Robert H. Cleland at the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan was held in 2011. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Brian served in the United States Air Force as a Military Police Officer, reaching the rank of Technical Sergeant from October 2000 to August 2010. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
