Haider Mahmood

Haider Mahmood is an experienced administrator in the aging services sector, currently serving as the IL/AL Administrator at Vinson Hall Retirement Community since April 2021. In this role, Haider Mahmood leads and manages the well-being of 300 residents while ensuring regulatory compliance, budget management, and the establishment of operational excellence. Prior to this position, Haider Mahmood held the role of General Manager at Sodexo from September 2014 to March 2021, where responsibilities included enhancing resident experiences through personalized dining, managing a budget exceeding four million dollars, and promoting employee engagement. Haider Mahmood holds a Master’s Degree in Management of Aging Service from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
