Fiona Hill

Fiona Hill has significant experience in sustainability, community engagement, and corporate social responsibility. Fiona is currently serving as the Sustainability & Business Engagement Lead at Vintage Cash Cow, where they are responsible for guiding the business through B Corp assessment and certification. Prior to this role, Fiona served as the Community Engagement Manager at Vintage Cash Cow, driving the community investment program and optimizing social value for Leeds. Fiona has also worked at First Direct as the Manager of Community Relations, where they managed strategic and delivery programs related to community, well-being, and the planet, supporting the company's CSR objectives. Fiona's experience also includes serving as a Corporate Sustainability Project Manager at HSBC and first direct, where they managed high-profile community investment initiatives and launched charity partnerships. Fiona began their career at first direct as the Social Leadership Coordinator/Analyst, overseeing environmental, community, and wellbeing initiatives, and managing the partnership with ChildLine. Fiona has demonstrated expertise in leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement throughout their career.

Fiona Hill attended Leeds Metropolitan University from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a BA (hons) degree in Finance & Accounting. Prior to that, between 1982 and 1984, they attended Gateways School, Harewood, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
