Roy Attride

Roy Attride is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations, Strategy, and People and Organizational Development at Vintage Church since March 2021, Roy is tasked with creating a nonprofit incubator program aimed at establishing 20 self-sustaining nonprofits over two decades. Prior to this role, Roy held various leadership positions at Plexus Engineering Solutions for over a decade, including Senior Site Director, where responsibilities involved strategic direction and mentorship for a large service organization. With a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, Roy's career includes significant roles at Insight Product Development and Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications, demonstrating expertise in project management, technical leadership, and engineering innovation. Roy holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
