Lital Borovsky

Lital joined Vintage Investment Partners in 2022. Previously, Lital served for 9 years as Senior Manager at EY’s Israel tax department, focusing on investment funds (FOF, Mezzanine, PE, VC), hedge funds, international and Israeli taxation. She's led tax projects and provided ongoing tax advisory services to various global funds and companies mainly in the Hi-tech industry. Lital holds a LLB in Law and she is Member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2010.
