Justina Balciuniene

Justina Balciuniene is currently the Head of Customer Success at Vinterior. Prior to this, they were the Head of Global Customer Support and Guest and Host Experience at Houst from February 2020 to September 2021. Justina was also the Director of Global Customer Service at Hostmaker from September 2019 to February 2020, where they were responsible for building a scalable global team, setting up efficiency and quality KPIs, budget planning, and reviewing and adapting reporting to be able to analyze data for performance improvement, forecasting, and rota building at a global level.

Justina Balciuniene holds a Master's Degree in International Marketing and Management from ISM University of Management and Economics, a Bachelor's Degree in Business management (financial management specialisation) from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, and an International business and languages degree from Windesheim. Justina also attended Vilnius Gabija gymnasium.
