Head, Partner Success at Vintory

Michelle Deweese is the SaaS Program Manager at Vintory, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Customer Success Team Lead- Strategic at TravelNet Solutions from June 2019 to January 2021, where they were responsible for the customer success lifecycle from implementation, ongoing business reviews, up-sell and cross-sell relevant products and services and ensure subscription renewals.

Michelle has also been a Customer Success Lead for Enterprise Accounts and their responsibilities have included increasing renewal rates and reducing churn, identifying opportunities and increasing revenue through cross-sell and up-sell, and ensuring lifetime value through product adoption, satisfaction and full company experience. Michelle has also driven advocacy and marketability.

In their role as Lead of the Success Team, they have gained experience with building playbooks and templates with adoption of customer success technology and process, designing and implementing new processes and facilitating individual & team adoption. Michelle has also been responsible for ensuring white glove approach to customers, excellence in mentoring and coaching, and leadership in managing escalated issues.

In addition, Michelle has measured Customer Success by defining and managing NPS and CSAT and reporting and following up tasks.

Michelle Deweese has an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Central Oregon Community College. Michelle also has certifications from LinkedIn in Transitioning from Manager to Leader, HubSpot in HubSpot Inbound Certified, and NAVIS in Navis Certified Professional and Navis Reach Certified.
