Olga Astakhova

Olga Astakhova has a diverse work experience in various roles. Olga worked as a Data Scientist at Vio.com (formerly FindHotel) starting in 2022. Prior to that, in 2020, they worked as an ML Engineer at Flocktory, where they automated the retraining and monitoring process for ML services and improved NLP models. Olga also created a visual application to evaluate customer segments. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Senior Lecturer at the Higher School of Economics, teaching data analysis to bachelor students. Olga also worked as a Data Scientist at OneFactor from 2015 to 2020. In 2019, they briefly served as an Online Lecturer at OTUS, and prior to that, they worked as a QA Engineer at Seldon from 2014 to 2015.

Olga Astakhova completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Math and Informatics at the Higher School of Economics from 2009 to 2013. Olga then pursued a Master's degree in the same field at the same institution from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Data Analysis and Machine Learning from the Higher School of Economics in June 2017. Olga also achieved proficiency in English through the EF Standardized English Test, obtaining a score of 74 out of 100, in May 2017.
