Conor Sheehy

Conor Sheehy is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Asset Backed Lending Europe at Viola Credit since September 2025. Prior to this role, Conor held the position of Managing Director for Warehouse Finance EMEA at HSBC Innovation Banking from March 2023 to August 2025, and at Silicon Valley Bank from September 2020 to March 2023. Conor's earlier experience includes leading Strategy and Capital Markets at Neyber and providing advisory services at EdAid. Additional roles at Macquarie Group encompassed Fixed Income, the Office of the CEO, and Corporate Strategy/M&A. Conor began a consulting career as a Senior Management Consultant at BCS Consulting, and also worked as a Consultant at Plan International and as a Management Consultant at Accenture. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin, earned between 1999 and 2003.
