Omer Shani

Omer joined Viola Credit in December 2021 as the in-house General Counsel of the fund.

Omer is responsible for all legal aspects of Viola Credit activities and investments, as well fund formation procedures, corporate governance, fundraising and all other fund-related legal issues.

Prior to Joining Viola Credit, Omer held a senior position at the Israeli tier-1 Banking & Finance department of Fischer (formerly Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion & Co), where he represented many of Israel’s largest creditors, including banks, financial institutions and investment houses, in many of the largest and complex secured and non-secured financing transactions in Israel.
