Jeff Jones is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing at Violand Management Associates, where he oversees all sales and marketing activities. Prior to this, he was the Owner of Jefmanda, LLC, where he partnered with Zymeaway Total Surface Enzyme Cleaner as a distributor and Vice President of Sales. He successfully grew the retail division from seventeen local retailers to over a thousand nationwide. Before that, Jeff was the Managing Partner at KM Jones Inc, a family business that included Ace Hardware retail stores, where he oversaw the launch of two separate divisions and developed a vendor partner program marketing campaign. Jeff also served as a Territory Manager at Shaw Industries, where he managed over 100 accounts in NE Ohio and achieved significant sales growth. He holds a degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The University of Toledo.
