Berthold Schanze

Berthold Schanze is a seasoned lawyer with broad experience in commercial and contract law, M&A, antitrust, and compliance. Currently, Berthold is responsible for the German legal operations of Vion Food Group. Prior to this, Berthold held senior legal positions at various mid-sized law firms where Berthold worked on commercial law, healthcare, corporate M&A, and compliance. Berthold also worked as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, focusing on corporate M&A and compliance. Berthold obtained their education from Universität Bonn and Queen Mary College (University of London).
