Joon Y. Chun

Joon Y. Chun is an experienced footwear designer with a diverse background in design and management. Currently serving as an Associate Footwear Designer at Vionic Group since September 2019, Joon previously held the position of Lead Designer at SF City Impact, where strategic planning and team management were key responsibilities. Joon co-founded 886 Design, LLC, providing design services focused on consumer electronics and graphic design. Additional experience includes internships at Pensole, working on footwear concepts for well-known brands New Balance and Vibram, and previous roles in sales and quality assurance. Joon holds a Master of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the Academy of Art University and has completed specialized training in shoemaking.
