Cecilie Chen is currently the COO at Vionlabs, and previously worked as the Digital Innovation Manager & Coach for innovation & growth at Result from August 2018 to December 2020. Cecilie's background is in helping corporates in traditional industries to innovate digitally and bring entrepreneurship into big organizations; maximizing their innovation potential and impact via a combination of consulting skills and coaching. Cecilie has worked with clients such as SEB, Stronghold, Vattenfall, Google, Telenor, Pernod Ricard and more.

Cecilie Chen has a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Nanjing Normal University.
