Bindu Kohli

Bindu Kohli has over 30 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Bindu began their career in 1987 as a Professional Consultant at Decision Financial Systems. Bindu then moved on to Cheyenne Software in 1991 as a Corporate Trainer, where they implemented and trained clients on Arcserve and Faxserve products. In 1995, they took on the role of Network Consultant at the School of American Ballet, where they set up a Novell network organization-wide and delivered and evaluated training programs on various applications. In 1999, they were a Software Trainer at Island Drafting and Technical Institute. From 2004 to 2011, they were a Software Trainer at International Soft Corp, where they designed and conducted classroom training for clients. In 2011, they joined Sandata Technologies as Senior Director of Product Management, where they reported to the Chief Product Office and managed Product Strategy and Development for the company’s two core home health care AWS cloud-based software solutions. From 2011 to 2022, they held various roles at Sandata Technologies, including Senior Director, NYBU Product Management, Program Director, NYBU, and Implementation Specialist. In 2022, they joined Empass as Product Director.

Bindu Kohli obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Queens College. In November 2019, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In August 2020, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Lastly, in November 2020, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
