Robson Souza

Robson Souza has extensive experience in maintenance and engineering, currently serving as the Coordenador de Manutenção e Engenharia at Vipal Borrachas since December 2021. Previously, Robson held various positions at Pirelli from June 2007 to December 2021, including Maintenance Head, where responsibilities encompassed project management, scheduling, and team oversight for a workforce of 170 personnel. Additional roles included Maintenance Supervisor and Industrial Maintenance Supervisor, focusing on maintenance processes and team management in tire manufacturing, achieving notable reductions in breakdown indicators. Robson holds an MBA in People Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, a Graduate degree in Systems Information, and an MBA in Project Management from Universidade Salvador.
